Der Linkin Park Scavenger Hunt ist nun zu einem Ende gekommen. Als Lohn erhielten wir einen neuen Linkin Park Song: LIES GREED MISERY. Doch das ist nicht alles. Der USB Stick mit dem File, welches die Teilnehmer aus Großbritannien mit zu BBC Radio 1 nahmen, wurde an Joe von LPAssociation weitergegeben. Mike gab ihm somit die offizielle Erlaubnis den Song zu leaken. Was das besondere daran ist? Der Song war als .wav auf dem USB Stick, also in einem verlustfreien Format, so als würde man den Song direkt von der CD hören. Downloaden könnt ihr euch den Song nun HIER.

HINWEIS #9 AUFGELÖST

Zane Lowe, ein Radiomoderator von BBC Radio One in Großbritannien hat bestätigt, dass der Hinweis morgen (Donnerstag 24.05.), der letzte sein wird. Einer der Finder des Hinweises wird ins BBC Radio One Studio zu einem Interview eingeladen, auch Mike Shinoda wird via Telefon zugeschaltet werden! Als Lohn für den Scavenger Hunt werden wir einen neuen Song und eventuell sogar mehr bekommen! Ab 45:50 könnt ihr euch HIER Zanes Statement dazu anhören. Das ganze wird am 19:30 Uhr Ortszeit (20:30 Uhr deutscher Zeit) live auf BBC Radio One übertragen: HIER HÖREN. Wir können also auf morgen gespannt sein, denn morgen endet die Reise um die Welt! Außerdem wurde gerade der LETZTE Hinweis in London gefunden. Es handelt sich um das Bild eines QR-Code, der in der offiziellen Linkin Park App ein Video freischaltet. Außerdem haben die Anwesenden einen Umschlag mit einem USB Stick bekommen, der Passwortgeschützt ist und gelöscht wird, sollte dieses Passwort falsch eingegeben werden. Um das Passwort zu bekommen muss nun EINE Person (und nur eine, nicht mehrere) punkt 19 Uhr Ortszeit bei BBC Radio One in London (Yalding House, Clipstone Street, W1) aufschlagen um dort das Passwort zu erhalten. Das weitere Vorgehen ist oben bereits beschrieben.

Zane Lowe from BBC Radio One in the UK has just announced, that the clue tomorrow at the Natural History Museum in London will be the last one of the Linkin Park Scavenger Hunt! One of the guys who’ll find the clue will invited to the BBC Radio One Studio for an interview and even Mike Shinoda will be on the phone there! The last clue in London has been found! It’s a picture of a QR-Code, that unveils a protected video on the official Linkin Park App. Mike announces, that the finders of the clue will get an envelope with a password protected USB drive, that ONE person only has to take to BBC Radio One (Yalding House, Clipstone Street, W1) at 7pm sharp (local time). The rest is already stated above because Zane Lowe already unveiled what will happen!

 

 

  HINWEIS #8 AUFGELÖST Deutsch: Der Hinweis aus Berlin führt uns nach London! Der Hintergrund des Hinweiszettels entspricht dem Logo der olympischen Spiele in London! Der Hinweis führt uns vermutlich ins Naturhistorische Museum in London, dort ist ein großer Blauwal ausgestellt. Punkt 15 Uhr (16 Uhr deutscher Zeit) wird jemand dort warten! Dies gilt allerdings für DONNERSTAG. Also am Donnerstag den 24.05. geht es weiter. English: The clue in Berlin has been found. It shows the logo of the Olympic Games in London 2012. So we’ll head to London and with the message „Someone will be waiting at the blue whale at 3pm sharp“ we can guess, that someone has to be in the Natural History Museum at 3pm (London Time) on thursday May 24!   Danke an Susan für das bessere Foto des Hinweises  

 

HINWEIS #7 AUFGELÖST Deutsch: Am Japanese American National Museum erwartete die Jäger unter den Linkin Park Fans erneut ein Zettel. Diesmal enthielt der Hinweis lediglich eine Telefonnummer: (252)375-4613 . Angeblich soll dies eine deutsche Telefonnummer sein, wir arbeiten aber aktuell noch an einer Lösung. Berichten zufolge kommt eine Deutsche Bandansage wenn man diese Telefonnummer anruft. Daher wird davon ausgegangen. Die Nachricht lautete wiefolgt:„Der nächstes Schlüssel wartet am Empfang von MTV Deutschland während der Bürozeiten zwischen 10-18Uhr“. Die Adresse findet ihr unten. English: At the Japanese American National Museum the hunters among the Linkin Park Fans were awaited by another clue. This time it’s just a phone number which is rumored to be german: (252)375-4613 . But we’re still working on the solution. HINWEIS #6 AUFGELÖST Deutsch: Der Hinweis in Rio De Janeiro wurde gefunden wurde so ziemlich passend zu den Öffnungszeiten von @WesleyLPBR gefunden. Er bekam einen Zettel mit der Aufschrift: „We Are Born, And We Die. May 19“ was etwa so viel heißt wie: „Wir werden geboren und sterben. 19. Mai“. Dies war der einzige Hinweis, und wie sich später herausstellte, war dies ein direkter Bezug auf Mikes Kunstausstellung Glorious Excess (Born)/Glorious Excess (Dies). Die zweiteilige Kunstausstellung fand damals im Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles statt. Weitere Hinweise auf diese Ausstellung war auch das Papier, auf welches der Hinweis gedruckt war, da dort schwach die Worte „Shocking Relapse“ zu erkennen waren (siehe Bild unten). In das JANM führt uns also am 19. Mai auch der nächste Hinweis, der dort von den Fans in den USA während der Öffnungszeiten abgeholt werden kann. English: The clue in Rio De Janeiro was found when the Forte De Copacabana/Café Do Forte was openeb by @WesleyLPBR. He got a piece of paper with the inscription: „We Are Born, And We Die. May 19“. That was the only clue, and how it was later exposed, this lead us directly to Mike’s art shows Glorious Excess (Born)/Glorious Excess (Dies). This two-part exhibition took place in the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles. This idea evolved when we got to find out, that another clue was the piece of paper, where the clue was printed on, you might have been able to read the words „Shocking Relapse“ which were featured on one of Mike’s artworks (see picture below). So the JANM is the place where this clue leads us on May 19. The fans can get the next one there on May 19 during normal business hours. HINWEIS 5! AUFGELÖST Deutsch: Der Hinweis im Lincoln Park Zoo wurde eingesammelt. Der Umschlag, wie vom Zoo mehrfach bestätigt wurde, enthielt ein Trikot der brasilianischen Fußball Nationalmannschaft! Weitere Infos gibt es leider noch nicht. Anscheinend hat der Finder nicht daran gedacht das Trikot auf Informationen zu untersuchen, so wies Adam aus dem LPUHQ ihn darauf hin, er solle sich doch bitte das Ettiket anschauen um weiter zu kommen. Inzwischen hat Justin, der grade noch im Unterricht saß, ein Bild des Ettikets geposted, dieses könnt ihr unten sehn. „Der nächste Hinweis befindet sich hinter den Toren des Fort Copacabana. Nutzt die Möglichkeit um ein paar traditionelle Süßigkeiten, Waffeln und Kuchen zu essen. 17. Mai während der normalen Öffnungszeiten.“ Das Fort Copacabana befindet sich in Rio De Janeiro. Nun sind also die brasilianischen Fans dran. Höchstwahrscheinlich werden die Fans den Hinweis im Café do Forte (Café im Fort) erhalten. English: The clue from Lincoln Park Zoo has been found. The envelope, as been confirmed multiple times by the zoo itself, has been picked up and contained a jersey of the brazilian national soccer team. Right now we don’t have any more info. It seems as if the finder has missed out on searching on the jersey for information because LP’s marketing manager Adam told him to check the tag. I’ll keep you posted. Justin just posted a pic of the Tag from the jersey. He was in class, that’s why it took so long. It says:“The next clue is within the gates of Fort Copacabana. Take the opportunity to eat some traditional sweets, cakes and waffles. May 17, during normal business hours only.“ Fort Copacabana is located in in Rio De Janeiro. So Brazil, it’s your turn! You most possibly get the clue in the Café do Forte.

HINWEIS 4! AUFGELÖST Deutsch: Der Hinweis aus Toronto wurde gefunden! Es handelt sich um ein Bild mit der Aufschrift: „Dies ist, wo LIVING THINGS zum Leben erwachen. Nur während der reguläre Öffnungszeiten. Am 15. Mai.“ Dazu kann man ein Gebäude sehen, ich arbeite momentan noch daran herauszufinden, wo das Gebäude steht. Das Bild dazu seht ihr unten! Das Gebäude der Gateway Pavilion, ein Informationsgebäude im Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago, Illinois! Alle Fans in der Nähe von Chicago sollten also am 15. Mai zwischen 10Uhr und 17 Uhr ihr Glück dort versuchen! English: The clue in Toronto has been found! It’s a picture with the caption „This is where LIVING THINGS come alive. HINWEIS 3! AUFGELÖST Deutsch: Wir hängen aktuell immer noch an dem Twitter Account @youbetterhearme fest. Dieser hat inzwischen sein Ziel mit den 3.000 Followern erreicht, und folgte darauf hin @pmharper, dem Premier Minister von Kanada. Jetzt fordert er, dass dieser wenigstens einmal auf ihn reagiert. Vielleicht können wir Fans ihn ja dazu bringen. Ein weiterer Hinweis könnte das Anzeigebild von @youbetterhearme sein, welches die Skyline von Toronto zeigt, ein Bild davon seht ihr unten. Seine vermutlich letzten zwei Tweets, die @youbetterhearme je absetzen wird, geben nun endlich den entscheidenden Hinweis. Auf einem Bild (siehe unten) zeigt er allen Followern Bänke im Park der Allan Gardens in Toronto, wo er heute 13 Uhr Ortszeit, also in etwa 19 Uhr deutscher Zeit, einen Hinweis unter einer der Bank verstecken wird. Ich halte euch auf dem Laufenden! English: Our current clue is still the twitter account @youbetterherme, who has currently reached his goal of 3.000 followers. After that he followed @pmharper, Canada’s prime minister. Now he just wants to get recognized by him and wants any kind of reaction towards him on twitter. Maybe we, the fans, can make @pmharper to writer @youbetterhearme on twitter. Another clue might be @youbetterhearme’s avatar, which shows the Toronto skyline, the picture can be viewed below. His probably last two tweets , that @youbetterhearme will ever post, finally give us a clue. On a picture (view below) he shows his followers benches in the park of Allan Gardens in Toronto, where he’ll hide some clue underneath of one of these benches at 1pm local time(EDT), that’s 7pm CET. I’ll keep you posted.

HINWEIS 1! AUFGELÖST Deutsch: Der erste Hinweis wurde gefunden! Unten könnt ihr den Tweet eines Australischen Linkin Park Fans sehen, der einen QR-Code enthält. Dieser führt auf eine Seite auf LinkinPark.com: http://LinkinPark.com/youdidittoyourself. Auf dieser Seite steht ein Hinweis auf Japanisch (siehe Bild unten) was übersetzt in etwa „Letzten September brachte „A Thousand Horizons“ Fans aus aller Welt hierher“ und der Hinweis „10ter oder 11ter Mai, zwischen 11 Uhr und 20 Uhr. Sei nicht zu früh! Sei nicht zu spät! Nur eine Person! Du wirst wissen, an wen du dich wenden musst.“ Anscheinend scheint der Ort für den nächsten Hinweis NicoFarre zu sein, der Ort, wo „A Thousand Horizons“ stattfand. Don’t be early. Don’t be late. One person only. You’ll know who to ask for.“ it seems as if the place for the next clue will be NicoFarre, the place where „A Thousand Horizons“ took place.

Auch der Hinweis in Tokyo wurde gefunden. Zwei Fans, die auch bei LPAssociation unterwegs sind, waren Punkt 11 Uhr Ortszeit vorm NicoFarre in Tokyo und wurden ziemlich schnell von einem Mitarbeiter angesprochen, welcher ihnen einen Umschlag in die Hand drückte. Dieser Umschlag enthielt lediglich einen Zettel mit dem Link: http://twitter.com/youbetterhearme . Auf diesem Account gibt es zunächst nur zwei Tweets, die ihr unten nachlesen könnt, außerdem sehr ihr dort noch ein Bild des Zettels. Laut eigener Aussage folgen neue Informationen über den Scavenger Hunt bald über diesen Account. Außerdem hatte der Mitarbeiter von NicoFarre nichtmal genug Zeit, dass A Thousand Horizons T-Shirt anzuziehen, welches eigentlich sein Erkennungszeichen sein sollte. WICHTIG: Der Twitteraccount braucht möglichst schnell 3.000 Follower, damit er den nächsten Hinweis enthüllt, also sorgt fleißig dafür, dass der Account Follower kriegt!
